DUPR (Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating) has announced the launch of the first-ever High School Pickleball League, aimed at nurturing young athletes and promoting the sport at state and national levels. Set to kick off with its inaugural tournament at Life Time Lakeville, Minnesota, from April 25-27, 2025, the league will feature competitive opportunities for both Varsity and JV1 teams, enhancing inclusivity across skill levels. DUPR plans to host 15 state-level championships in 2025, culminating in National Championships that will showcase coed, men’s, and women’s teams. This initiative not only provides a structured pathway for athletes but also fosters community engagement and a lifelong passion for pickleball, marking a pivotal moment in the sport’s evolution.
Minor League Pickleball offers an innovative team competition format, bringing together teams consisting of four players (two women and two men). Spanning multiple days, our events feature a unique and engaging format with exciting variations on traditional match-ups and scoring systems for games, matches, and tiebreakers.
